Terms of service

These terms cover exomem.io, provided by Gevolut Oy (Business ID 3659534-1), Vaasanpolku 3 B 40, 00500 Helsinki, Finland.

The service

exomem.io lets assistants you connect reach the Exomem software you run on your own computer, and offers a demo workspace. The service is a free private beta: features may change, and it may be unavailable, for example when your computer is offline.

Your responsibilities

• Import only data you are entitled to use, and keep your computer and accounts secure.
• Do not use exomem.io to attack, overload or probe the service, other users or third parties, or to break the law.
• You are responsible for what your connected assistants do with the answers they receive.

Your data

Your memories remain yours and stay on your computer; see the privacy notice. You can disconnect apps, unlink your device or delete your account at any time.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Gevolut Oy is not liable for indirect damages or for lost data; our total liability is limited to 100 euros. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending the service

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and may end the beta with 30 days' notice by email.

Law

Finnish law applies. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Questions: hello@exomem.io.
